Mushafeu and her flame pet

Yesterday I saw the coolest thing I've ever seen.
I stopped off in the Valley of Wisdom because I needed to check my Guild's Bank for some embersilk cloth. On the auction house those things are still a bit more then I'm willing so shell out. Anywhos, getting back to my awesome story. So as I was making my way to he guild bank, out of the corner of my eye I saw some fire on the ground. I shrugged it off thinking it was someone's cooking fire, until the thing started to move.
Whaaaaaaat?! I had to rub my eyes several times, I couldn't believe what I saw. I stood back and watched where this flame was headed... omg, it was headed right for people! I quickly brought out Muckbreath, my baby Alligator and had him try to spit water on the fire to put it out before it burnt anyone or anything. Too late, it headed straight for a Bloodelf on a Wind Rider. Muchbreath ran as fast at his tiny feet could carry him, but that was still too slow. Maybe I should have carried him and held him like a gun and aimed so he could spit.
Thankfully the Bloodelf took off before she or her mount were burnt. I think the flame knew what I was doing because it came straight for me. I turned and started to run, I screamed at Muckbreath to run away. I couldn't run faster then the flame and it caught up with me. I know I'm undead but I still burn easy. Although I thought I was a goner, I still started to jump up and down. Shortly after that I noticed I wasn't catching on fire or even in pain. Was I dead already? I don't see a spirit healer so I think I'm fine. I heard a whistle and the flame moved away from me and started to go towards a Tauren Hunter. It sat still next to her so I now knew where it came from. She stood there and laughed. I was upset at first but then saw the humor in it. I mean no one got hurt and you can't help but to laugh.
I walked up to the Hunter and asked her name. "Mushafeu, nice to meet you and this is Sorangar my flame pet." the hunter replied. I introduced myself as well. I had so much questions for her. How did she get it? Where did she get it? Why doesn't it burn anyone? The longer we stood there talking the more people came up to her and asked about her very rare pet or scoffed at her for having the thing chase them around. "Follow me" she said, so we mounted up and flew to a ledge above the Valley of Wisdom. It was just crazy down there. So we sat and talked and she explained how she snagged it.
"There is a quest in the Overgrowth that requires you to toss some soothing seeds on some mutated Raptors or Plainstriders, and you have to observe the results. Either they become docile or they blow up. I've never seen it done before, but heard it was a possibility that just as they blow up and before the flame dissipates, you can tame it. I saw a Warrior running around the area and asked her if she had helped Myouh with the quest yet, and if not if she could help me with what I wanted to do. She didn't help her yet and was happy to help me out. It was all about timing, and I had to start taming the beast before she tossed the seeds on them. It took several tries, but we finally did it. And Sorangar is the result." That is so crazy!
Our chat had to be cut short, her Guild had a raid. I thanked her for taking the time to show me her flame and share with me how she got it. She was such a sweetheart. I would love to say other people would do the same and stop and chat, but in this day and age in Azeroth you find more arrogance then humility.

Chopper.... finally!

I finally got one! I know I know, I'm really late on this one. I ran into Serogate yesterday and we were talking about passenger mounts and he mentioned that he could make one. The Mechano-hog. Ah yes, I totally forgot he was an Engineer. You need reputation with the Horde Expedition in order to buy it. Kilmecow my Tauren Death Knight friend is an Engineer as well, but she hasn't been helping out the Horde Expedition down in Grizzly Hills so she can't buy the schematics from them just yet.
All I needed to do was get the materials for Serogate to make my chopper.  I did so much research as to how I could get them for the cheapest way possible.  I checked the Auction House for prices of the Mechano-Hog straight, then looked at the cost of some of the materials that you can buy from people that make them and added them up with the mats you need to purchase from a special vendor and see what I came up with. I would actually be spending more if bought all the mats. /sigh I wish I was still talking to Medelys at that point. She would have been able to make me my titansteel bars that I needed, and those are very expensive. Christene was in the bank at the same time as I was, she is a Miner also so she can make me those bars. I asked her and she said sure. She had a bunch of titanium ore from farming in Northrend a while back and she never did anything with them. I paid her of course but she didn't charge me the full price of what they were worth on the auction house.
Anywhos, bottom line is, I got my Mechano-Hog finally and I paid waaay less then what I was expecting to pay for it. Thank You Serogate and Christene.

Medelys' apology

About a month went by since Deadskully and Medelys had their falling out. Medelys was not the same person that she was when she did have Deadskully in her life. She was very short with everyone including her sister Christene. Which led to Christene not keeping in contact much with her either.  She then took that frustration out on her boyfriend Serogate until he also couldn't take it anymore and left her.  She was slowly driving everyone away that mattered to her, all because of her temper and her stubbornness.
Medelys has been spending a lot of time in Dalaran since everything happened, mainly because no one really goes there so the chances of her running into anyone she didn't care to see where very slim. She still does the Dalaran Jewelcrafting daily from Grand Master Jewelcrafting trainer, Timothy Jones in "Cartier & Co. Fine Jewelry" shop. As she completed the daily she stopped and talked with Tiffany Cartier, owner and operator of the wonderful establishment. She explained what had happened between her and her best friend and Tiffany called Harold Winston out. Harold was Tiffany's Best Jewelry Vendor. "He can sell a giant snow cone to Ragnaros" she tells Medelys, and they both laugh.
Harold asks Medelys about the person she is buying the gift for. When Medelys tells him it's for her best friend who is a girl he is rather stumped. He's use to selling to Males that are trying to woo their lady friends. He has sold to Women before but they are the ones that know what they want and just point and he brings the jewelry out of the case. Meh, first time for everything right.
Another perk that helps people make their decision is that Harold's jewelry helps enhance skills. But his jewelry are a tad bit outdated and therefore no one really buys from him anymore. With Deadskully not needing any of these to boost her skills and stats Harold just told Medelys to pick out something that says "Deadskully".  Medelys chose the Frozen Tear of Elune.  Harold took it out of the glass case and gave it to Tiffany to box it up. Medelys paid, thanked them and left.
She sat atop of the archway leading to the Horde Quarter and ran every scenario through her head. Letters, reactions, conversations, apologies, rejections... the list started to get longer and more negative thoughts poured out. She started to cry thinking about how alone she was and how her life was just as empty as Dalaran. Once flourished with happy people, now a ghost town. Most people don't even give this place a second thought, They forget it's even here floating above Crystalsong Forest.
She wiped away her tears and decided to call it a day. She was too beat to go back to Orgrimmar and try to find Deadskully. Tomorrow will be the day she'll make amends with her friends... Hopefully.

Bageezus flying dream

Holy Cripes, How did I know this was gonna happen..
I fell asleep thinking about my first love, Bageezus, so now I'm have a dream about him. I know it's a dream because he was flying through the air without any help from anything. No Vial of Sands, no mount, no jet pack. Just swimming through the air.
It was a rather funny dream. He was talking to me. He asked if I wanted to come along with him. That part felt real because I remember him extending his hand and I took it. Just as I grabbed his hand he started to fall. Like I broke the flying magic spell or something. It was OK though because right before he hit the ground he used his Vial of Sands and turned into a Sandstone drake. I couldn't see where I was but I guess I was floating too because when he fell I was looking down at him falling. I don't know, it was a dream, and then I woke up. I think this is a sign that I need to find Bageezus again.

Mail Call!

Haven't seen Medelys in a very long time, so I decided to send her a letter. It was a very quick letter just saying that I missed her and we needed to catch up. It's been about 2 months since I saw her last and about a month since I wrote her.
As I wrote the letter I had no idea how she would react to it. The response I got was defiantly not what I was expecting. Actually,  this reaction was extremely far from anything I had anticipated.
As I read the letter from Medelys I had Zhar'gak by my side. I think it was a good thing because I didn't want to seem like a wuss in front of my minion, so there was a lot of tears and hurt getting all backed up inside me.
After reading the letter I just stood there in silence not sure of what to say or where to go. The letter was sent recently because I checked my mailbox no more then 30 minutes ago. I was just hoping Medelys wasn't anywhere in Orgrimmar still where I would run into her. I might cry then, or get a slap in the face, or punched in the eye, or stabbed in the midsection. Stop thinking of the hurtful ways she could injure me. Dammit... I need to put Zhar'gak away and go find someplace to cry.
I started to think about Bageezus all over again and how if he was here, he could make me feel better. I found my way into the Inn and curled up on a bed and then the tears started to pour out. I cried for a good ten minutes and then I couldn't cry anymore. My poor undead eyes gave all the tears they could.  But my last thoughts before I drifted off into dreamland were of Bageezus. Maybe I do need to find him again....

Camels are Crazy! (pt 2)

Cammy and I were almost over the mountains. Being in the desert for a good long while my nose got sensitive to dry and wet smells and I can smell a whole lotta wet right now.  That didn't sound good, but I didn't know any other way to describe it.
We came over another dune and as we were going down the hill there was something kicking up sand and dust. As we got closer I could see it was one of the Ramkahen guards. Cammy got startled when he tried to reach out and grab her. She took off running but I had stopped her and we turned back because I felt bad. I grabbed a rope out from the pack and tied it around the guard. Had Cammy walk forward slowly and we were able to pull him out. He was so grateful that he told us where the closest oasis was.  I knew of the other place where there was the camp around the oasis pools of water.
After he gave me directions Cammy and I continued on our trek to find it. The wet smell got stronger when we got over the last dune and I was able to see the palm trees in the distance.
Cammy and I made it to the oasis. There was a slight problem with the water when we walked to the bank. It was littered with Crocolisks. I wanted to take Cammy into the water, but I would have to kill several of them in order to do so.  We hid behind some bushes trying not to be spotted. I was about to cast my soul fire when I realized I might burn my camel's head off so I got off Cammy as quietly as possible and picked them off one by one, six total. Finally we got into the water. It didn't get too deep as we were going closer to the center. Which was actually just fine, I didn't want to take that chance of having a camel that couldn't swim. I don't think I could have rescued her.  The water was up to her back and my feet dangled in. Which to me wasn't that deep. She seemed to like it. I didn't dare going in the water tho. Who knows when one of the crocokisks were going to come back.

Camels are Crazy! (pt. 1)

Holy cripes, these camels in Uldum are crazy.  After my awesome carpet ride around this place I decided to run around on the ground. I saw this lonely camel pootin' around on the dunes so I went closer and to my surprise it didn't try to attack me or run away.  I gave it a pet on it's back and it put it's head down like he wanted me to pet him on the head, so I did. Then he bent down like he wanted me to climb up on it, so I did. Awesome, I'm riding a darn camel!
We went wandering around more dunes and came across another camel that was trying to fight an ugly hyena. Let me tell you, I thought this camel was a goner but he actually killed the hyena. Haha good for it. I'm sure the camel was minding it's own business when the hyena tried to eat it or something. After he killed it we walked over to see if he needed mending and it looked as if he was fine. Then as we were walking away, it started to follow us. Oh boy, what did I do?
This camel kept following us. I tried to shoo it away and even threw some fel flame down on the ground to keep it from following us, but no good. I even tried to scare him away with my Rain of Fire, but no go, he just kept right on coming. Finally I jumped off my camel, grabbed some sand and threw it at him. He stopped but when I got back up he still crept slowly towards us.  I can't keep two camels... can I? Right when I decided to add it to my mount collection, it took the hint and turned the other way and ran. Darn! Meh, that's ok one camel is good enough for me. I'm very greedy when it comes to mounts and I missed my chance, prolly for the best.
We then came upon an elementium node. Darn, where was Christene when you needed her? I'm not a miner so I couldn't mine this. All of a sudden from out of nowhere an Alliance swoops down. He stops for a bit, I'm guessing to see if I was going to mine it. He waves to me and I wave back. Then I point at him and then at the node, and I back away. Then he goes in for it. I'm wondering if I would have tried to fight for it if I was a miner. Might've got my butt handed to me so I'm glad I couldn't have picked at it.
As I was walking along I was trying to figure out a name for my camel. I wasn't sure if it was a girl or a boy. All I know is I wasn't about to try to look at it's junk so I just decided that it was a girl and I named her Cammy. Cammy the camel.
Cammy and I continued on the dunes and we came across a wind tunnel. I wanted to run through it. It was small enough that I don't think it would have sucked us up or anything. I just would have had a crap ton of sand tossed in my hair. It kept moving farther away from us. I had made Cammy run after it, but after about 100 feet or so, it disappeared. Boo! no fun. Darn wind tunnel. Eh that's fine, I prolly would have regretted it if it did take me up and spin me around like a rag doll. I might have lost some bones if that did happen. And besides I wouldn't want Cammy to get hurt. Alrightee I wonder what is beyond those dunes or mountains over yonder. haha yonder, who the heck says that. Yay more exploring here I come. (continued)
